the hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location. So close to Ubud Palace which is near lots of really good restaurants. 3. the staff was ready to assist, incredibly welcoming people. 4. Everything was very good, quiet hotel, the location was perfect really close to the center of Ubud and the Monkey forest, restaurants and bars near the monkey forest and Close to Ubud centre. Units with balcony:)))

The location was magnificent and stunning, with Pondok Bambu Wayang Kulit just a short stroll away from the hotel. the room was spotless and modern, perfect for jetlagged sleepers. - All the staff was well-mannered and easy going, and they fixed any issues promptly.

Everything was fantastic, pleasant staff, glorious views to botanic garden and pool. We ate at an amazing restaurant with great view. Besides, the location was great and unbeatable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ubud Town. A lush forest and a rice field were right next to the hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of Ubud, making it walking distance to lots of really good restaurants. We had a direct view of the pool, which was very well taken care of. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was good, and the wifi connection was by far the best we've had during our stay in this city.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the rice fields. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. I had a great stay at Artini Bisma Ubud.
